When Colleen's Mother passed away mid-year in 2011, we did not realize what tax and estate issues that had to be addressed. Tony was able to work through these issues and helped straighten out rather complicated Estate Tax issues. He also helped by writing letters to the IRS and the State Department of Revenue, identifying extenuating circumstances for the late filing of Colleen's mothers taxes in an attempt to defer late fee charges.
